Order Process

Navigate the product categories (e.g., " Banner Stands" or "Backlit displays") to select your display product. View the product and select the correct sku for your needs. And it will show you the exact price.

Select and confirm all the products (including accessories like led arm lights or shelves) in your cart. Proceed to check out, complete payment and remark your deadline (ship out). It will be later than our production time mentioned on the web page (e.g., 7 days after we get the payment and 5 days after we get the approved artworks for printing). If your timeline is very tight, please email (info@121display.com) us before payment. If you need our shipping, please write down your shipping address, zip code and the deadline (in your hands) by email before payment. And we will quote you the total price (including shipping). We will send you a new payment link once you accept the updated price.

Download your artwork templates: View the page of ordered product and download its templates. Design your artwork: Create your artwork (with high resolution images and vector logos & letters) based on the templates. Upload your artwork: Use Wetranfer, Dropbox, Google Drive or other tools to upload your artwork files and send the links by email.

We will download your files and check them one by one. We will let you know at the first time if there are problems. We will re-check them once we get your updated files, until they are approved.

We will produce your displays, perform a quality check, and then pre-build your displays in our factory. We will take photos and send them to you.

We will ship the goods out after you approve the pre-building photos. You will typically receive a tracking number.

When your order arrives, inspect it immediately to ensure it matches the approved proof and is undamaged.
