Yes, all our tents are water-proved.

You can expect 5% fading after two years.
3 How can I get the artwork templates?
You can download the template on each page of your ordered products.
4What artworks do you accept?
We accept vector files such as .ai, .eps, .svg (100 dpi minimum). All the logos and the letters should be outlined. All the images should be linked.
5 How long does production and shipping take?
Totally, it will take 14 days around (7 days around for production and 7 days around for shipping to USA/UK/Canada/Australia/most of Asia &EU countries).
