The Qseg 40 portable trade show walls 20ft are designed for exhibitors who need a large-format display with fast installation, long-term durability, and exceptional portability. Built by connecting two 10ft modular frames, the system creates a seamless 20ft exhibition wall that delivers maximum brand visibility while remaining easy to transport and reuse.
More than a conventional SEG frame, Qseg 40 is a complete modular exhibition system. Every aluminum profile is fitted with precision-engineered plastic end caps, allowing the use of lighter aluminum extrusions without sacrificing structural rigidity. These molded plastic components also function as mortise-and-tenon connectors, enabling each frame to be assembled in just seconds without tools.
The two 10ft sections are joined using quick-lock connectors, creating a rigid SEG modular trade show displays 20ft solution with completely tool-free installation. High-resolution dye-sublimation silicone edge graphics provide vibrant, wrinkle-free images that can be replaced easily for future exhibitions, making the system ideal for repeated marketing campaigns.

The Qseg 40 20ft wall is made by connecting two 10ft modular frames with tool-free quick-lock connectors, creating one seamless exhibition backdrop.
What makes Qseg 40 different from ordinary SEG frames?▼
Qseg 40 is a complete modular display system. Its reinforced aluminum profiles and integrated plastic mortise-and-tenon connectors make the frame lighter, stronger, and much easier to assemble than traditional SEG frames.
What heights are available?▼
The 20ft display wall is available in 6.6ft, 7.4ft, and 8ft standard heights to suit different exhibition venues and branding needs.
Are any tools required for assembly?▼
No. Both the frame assembly and the connection between frame sections are completely tool-free. Individual frames assemble in seconds, while quick-lock connectors securely join multiple frames together.
Can I replace the graphics for future events?▼
Yes. The silicone edge fabric graphics are fully interchangeable. You can simply install new graphics while continuing to use the same frame system.
Can the 20ft wall become part of a larger booth?▼
Absolutely. Qseg 40 is designed as a modular system, allowing multiple walls to connect into inline booths, island exhibits, corner displays, meeting rooms, or storage areas.
