SEGO lightbox 16ft is a large-format SEG backlit display system designed for exhibitors who need a wide, professional, and highly portable illuminated backdrop. Combining the advantages of SEG fabric graphics with the innovative SEGO 120 modular frame system, it delivers excellent stability, easy installation, and premium lighting performance for trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and branded environments.
Different from traditional SEG light boxes, the SEGO 120 frame is a complete modular exhibition system named after its 120mm-wide aluminum profile section. It provides a stronger structure while maintaining a lightweight design, making it easier to transport, install, and reuse.
The SEGO 120 frame uses specially designed plastic end caps installed on every aluminum profile. These components prevent the aluminum profiles from deformation while ensuring the overall strength and stability of the structure. At the same time, the plastic connectors act as mortise-and-tenon joints, allowing each frame section to be assembled within seconds without screws or tools.
The SEGO modular lightbox display 16ft adopts a fully tool-free connection system. Frame-to-frame connections are completed through quick connectors, allowing exhibitors to quickly build, dismantle, expand, and reuse their displays for different events.
The most important innovation of SEGO 120 is its exclusive edgelit lighting system. Unlike traditional backlit displays with exposed LED strips, SEGO integrates the complete lighting system inside the aluminum profile box. The LED strips are fully protected by the aluminum housing while producing bright and evenly distributed illumination across the SEG fabric graphic.
All SEGO 120 lighting systems use high-quality OSRAM LED chips to provide stable brightness, excellent reliability, and long service life. The LED strips are installed inside the top and bottom aluminum profiles, while both LED strip connections and power connections use magnetic gold-plated connectors. The components automatically attach when brought close together, eliminating complicated manual plugging and making installation faster and more convenient.
The SEGO edgelit expo backdrop 16ft is designed for repeated use. For transportation and storage, SEGO 120 uses an EPP fully protected inner case combined with an external trolley bag. Every aluminum profile, lighting component, and accessory has an individual protected position, ensuring safe handling between events.
The SEGO mobile light box 16ft is available in five height options: 6.6ft, 7.4ft, 7.9ft, 8.2ft, and 9.8ft. Exhibitors can select the ideal height according to their booth design, display environment, and branding requirements.
