Named after its 120mm-wide aluminum profile section, the SEGO 120 structure delivers excellent strength, durability, and portability while maintaining a lightweight design for repeated use.
The SEGO 120 frame features specially designed plastic end caps installed on every aluminum profile. These components prevent profile deformation while maintaining the stability and strength of the entire structure. At the same time, the plastic parts work as mortise-and-tenon connectors, allowing each frame section to be assembled within seconds without screws or tools.
The SEGO modular lightbox display 20ft adopts a completely tool-free modular connection system. Frame-to-frame connections use quick connectors, making it easy to build, dismantle, expand, and reuse the display system for different exhibition applications.
The most distinctive feature of SEGO 120 is its innovative edgelit lighting technology. Unlike traditional backlit systems where LED strips are exposed, SEGO integrates the entire lighting structure inside the aluminum profile box. The LED strips are fully protected by the aluminum housing while creating bright and evenly distributed illumination across the SEG fabric graphic.
All SEGO 120 lighting systems use premium OSRAM LED chips. The lighting system is built into the top and bottom aluminum profiles, and both LED strip connections and power connections use magnetic gold-plated connectors. Once the connectors are close together, they automatically attach securely, eliminating complicated plugging and improving installation efficiency.
